1. Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at [email protected] immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund all money to you. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

2. Exchange

We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment. Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.

3. Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. And shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.

· Returns must be post marked within 18 days of the original order date.

· Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.

· Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.
